Please read carefully before submitting your entry. By checking the box and submitting, you agree to the following terms:
I, [Participant's Full Legal Name], residing at [Participant's Address], hereby enter the Zaytoven Trapfather 3 "Madness" Beat Challenge (the "Contest") hosted by The Volume Control LLC and sponsored by Familiar Territory LLC (collectively, the "Sponsors").


Acknowledgment of Rules: I have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, entry restrictions, and prize details.


Entry License: I represent that my entry (the "Entry") is my original work, does not infringe any third-party rights (e.g., copyrights, trademarks), and complies with all applicable laws. I grant Sponsors, Zaytoven, and their affiliates a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, and create derivative works from the Entry for any promotional, marketing, or commercial purposes without compensation or further notice. I waive any moral rights in the Entry.


No Release on DSPs: I agree that the Entry (including any vocals over the "Madness" beat) is for Contest purposes only. I will not distribute, sell, license, or release the Entry (in whole or part) on any digital service providers (DSPs), streaming platforms, social media, or other public channels without prior written approval from Sponsors. Violation may result in disqualification, legal action, and forfeiture of prizes.


Waiver and Release of Liability: I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsors, Zaytoven, The Tabernacle, Qoncert App, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to my participation in the Contest, use of the Entry, acceptance or use/misuse of any prize, or any Contest-related activities. This includes, but is not limited to, claims for personal injury, property damage, emotional distress, or any other loss, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen.
I understand and agree that the Released Parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or opportunities, regardless of the cause of action.


Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and defend Released Parties against any third-party claims arising from my breach of this Agreement, my Entry, or my actions in the Contest.


Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.


Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.


Entire Agreement: This constitutes the entire agreement between me and Sponsors regarding the Contest. No oral modifications.
