Scoring is based on (out of 100 points):

Creativity & Originality (40 points): Unique lyrics, flow, and storytelling.
Vocal Delivery & Performance (30 points): Clarity, energy, and technical skill.
Production Fit (20 points): How well the vocals complement the “Madness” beat.
Overall Impact (10 points): Emotional resonance and replay value.

Judging Process:

Panel Review: All entries scored by the panel (50% of final score).
Public Votes: Top 20 entries advance to public voting (December 12–14, 2025), where fans vote once per entry via the portal (50% of final score). One vote per verified email/IP.
Top 10 semi-finalists announced December 12, 2025, based on panel scores. Final three winners selected by combined panel and public vote totals.

Prizes

Prizes are non-transferable, non-cash, and must be claimed by December 18, 2025. Winners responsible for any taxes.

Official Rules

Eligibility: Open to legal U.S. residents 18+ (or with parental consent if under 18). Void where prohibited. Employees of Familiar Territory LLC, The Volume Control LLC, Zaytoven’s team, and affiliates are ineligible.
Entry Fee: A non-refundable $25.00 processing and entry fee is required for submission. Fees are not applied toward prizes and are forfeited upon entry, regardless of selection or disqualification.
Ownership: By entering, you grant Familiar Territory LLC and The Volume Control LLC a perpetual, royalty-free license to use your entry for promotional purposes (e.g., social media, website). You retain ownership of your vocals but acknowledge the beat is owned by Zaytoven/Familiar Territory LLC.
Disqualification: Entries violating rules (e.g., DSP releases, plagiarism) will be disqualified. Sponsors reserve the right to verify entries and retain fees.

Liability: Sponsors not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or prize fulfillment delays.

Entry License: I represent that my entry (the "Entry") is my original work, does not infringe any third-party rights (e.g., copyrights, trademarks), and complies with all applicable laws. I grant Sponsors, Zaytoven, and their affiliates a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, and create derivative works from the Entry for any promotional, marketing, or commercial purposes without compensation or further notice. I waive any moral rights in the Entry.

No Release on DSPs: I agree that the Entry (including any vocals over the "Madness" beat) is for Contest purposes only. I will not distribute, sell, license, or release the Entry (in whole or part) on any digital service providers (DSPs), streaming platforms, social media, or other public channels without prior written approval from Sponsors. Violation may result in disqualification, legal action, and forfeiture of prizes.

Waiver and Release of Liability: I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsors, Zaytoven, The Tabernacle, Qoncert App, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to my participation in the Contest, use of the Entry, acceptance or use/misuse of any prize, or any Contest-related activities. This includes, but is not limited to, claims for personal injury, property damage, emotional distress, or any other loss, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen.
I understand and agree that the Released Parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or opportunities, regardless of the cause of action.

Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and defend Released Parties against any third-party claims arising from my breach of this Agreement, my Entry, or my actions in the Contest.

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

Entire Agreement: This constitutes the entire agreement between me and Sponsors regarding the Contest. No oral modifications.
